AI can draft your report in seconds. But when everyone uses the same tools, everyone sounds the same. ProRight helps professionals write with clarity, authority, and a voice that is unmistakably theirs.
“AI isn't going away. But neither is the need to sound like yourself.”
AI made writing easier. It also made everyone sound identical. In a competitive professional world, that sameness is a liability.
Every professional now has access to the same AI tools. The output is competent but generic. When your deliverables read like everyone else's, your expertise becomes invisible.
AI-generated prose is polished but hollow. It lacks the specificity, judgment, and point of view that make writing persuasive. Readers notice, even when they can't articulate why.
We help professionals use AI as a starting point, not a crutch. You keep the efficiency. We bring the voice, the precision, and the strategic clarity that set your work apart.
Your audience has five minutes. Respect that. Structure ideas so the point lands immediately and the details reward a closer read.
AI-generated prose is fluent and forgettable. The goal is writing with a point of view, with specificity, with the texture of someone who actually knows what they are talking about.
If writing sounds like AI, readers treat it like AI: skim it, summarize it, delegate it to their own machine. Writing that carries a real voice earns real attention.
Boilerplate, filler phrases, hedging that says nothing. It all tells the reader to stop paying attention. We strip it out so what remains is compelling, direct, and worth their time.
Strategic writing mentorship for professionals. Every engagement is built around your goals, your voice, and your deadlines.
Board presentations, strategic plans, client deliverables, and policy documents. Writing that reflects the depth of your thinking and respects your reader's time.
Keynotes, conference talks, executive briefings, and panel remarks. A script that sounds like you at your best, not like you reading AI output.
Articles, white papers, op-eds, and thought leadership. Get published with writing that carries your authority and keeps busy readers engaged.
Executive bios, LinkedIn profiles, positioning narratives, cover letters, and interview preparation. Whether you are advancing or pivoting, we help you tell the story of your career with clarity and confidence.
Ongoing mentorship for professionals who want to become genuinely stronger communicators. Executive presence, compensation negotiations, and the writing behind career advancement.
No onboarding decks. No ten-step process. Just good work, fast.
Send us the draft, the brief, or just the deadline. We will get on a call to understand what you need and who is going to read it.
Collaborative sessions, async markup, or a combination. We sharpen your argument, find your voice, and cut everything that does not earn its place.
You deliver writing that sounds like you at your best. Clear, confident, and impossible to mistake for something a machine wrote.
From early-career professionals to C-suite executives, ProRight works with people whose writing shapes their reputation.

Founder, ProRight
John Boochever spent three decades as a partner at two of the world's leading consulting firms, where clear, persuasive writing was the job. As a founding partner of Oliver Wyman, he built and led the firm's global Digital and Technology Strategy practice and served on its management committee. Earlier, at Booz Allen Hamilton, he led the Information Systems business across Europe and the Middle East and served on that firm's management committee as well. Strategy presentations, board materials, client deliverables, published articles: writing that moved busy executives to act was the core of his work for over 30 years.
In recent years, John has advised select minority- and women-owned consulting firms and education-focused enterprises on business development, operating models, and institutional scale. He is a guest lecturer at Washington College, where he teaches writing and communication.
John chairs the Smithsonian's Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage and is a Commissioner Emeritus and former Vice Chair of the National Portrait Gallery. His family endowed the Smithsonian's triennial Outwin Boochever Portrait Competition, now a cornerstone of contemporary portraiture in America. He previously served as an elected trustee of Cornell University and continues to serve on the Advisory Council of Cornell's College of Arts & Sciences. He holds advanced degrees from Johns Hopkins SAIS and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and graduated with distinction from Cornell.
“The best professional writing doesn't sound 'professional.' It sounds like a clear thinker who respects the reader's time.”
